THE LINE STORY is a multi-disciplinary Architecture and Design Studio based in Panipat. With Mukesh Chawla at the helm as founder, the studio is driven by the spirit of Minimalism and constantly tries to give the resources their importance and the spaces their value.
We design everything from hotels to buildings and homes to commercial spaces. Our team focuses on the process to ensure that the final results are nothing less than perfect spaces for our clients. This mixed-use building is designed for a rental point of view and caters to various user types with the ground and first floor being used as commercial space while the second floor caters to a residential zone.

This commercial facade is more than just a storefront — it’s a quiet statement. The grand arched entrance frames a double-height volume, drawing focus to the retail experience inside.
